감정을 통제할 수 없게 되고 갑자기 소리를 지르거나 울거나 웃기 시작하다

 

ex)

I'd been trying so hard to stay calm but in the end I just lost it.

나는 침착함을 유지하려고 열심히 노력했지만 결국에는 참지 못했습니다.

 

 

 

1. If someone 'loses it', they become extremely angry or upset.

누군가가 그것을 'loses it' 하면, 그들이 극도로 화를 내거나 속상해진다는 것

 

ex)

I completely lost it. I went mad, berserk.

나는 완전히 화가 났다. 나는 화를 냈고 길길이 뛰었다.

 

 

2. If you say that someone is 'losing it', you mean that they are becoming crazy.

누군가가 'losing it' 이라고 말한다면, 그 사람이 미쳐가고 있다는 뜻

 

ex)

I'm afraid he's really lost it.

정말 그 사람이 미친 것 같아 걱정이에요.

몹시 화가 나고 속상해지다

 

ex)

She completely lost it with one of the kids in class.

2. to become crazy or confused

미치거나 혼란스러워지다

 

ex)

I could see people thinking I’d totally lost the plot.
