보통 화가 나거나 폭력적인 방식으로 많은 힘을 가해 무언가를 던지다

 

ex)

In a fit of temper he hurled the book across the room.

그는 화가 나서 책을 방 반대편으로 내던졌다.

 

 

 

1. If you 'hurl' something, you throw it violently and with a lot of force.

무언가를 'hrul'하는 것은 그것을 격렬하고 강한 힘으로 던진다는 의미

 

ex)

2. If you 'hurl' abuse or insults at someone, you shout insults at them aggressively.
